We also have significant expertise in litigation in this field including applications for injunctive relief to restrain industrial action, claims relating to union membership and claims for union recognition and de-recognition (including applications to the CAC). 

Our team provide commercial and strategic advice in a pragmatic way on collective issues. We often work as an extension of client’s HR or legal teams to ensure the right outcome from the business. We have the benefit of extensive expertise in advising unionised employers and dealing with a wide range of unions at all levels from regional to national officers and the in-house legal teams at many of those unions.
