LEGAL DIRECTOR

Siobhan is an employment lawyer who has vast experience over different industries, from manufacturing and logistics to charities to retail and fashion/beauty. She has worked for both national and international employer clients, from multi-million pound high profile brand names to family run SMEs. She has also been in-house at a Fortune 500 global company, which gave her valuable insight into what clients really want and expect from their legal advisers.

Her expertise is specifically in strategic projects, advisory work, data protection, discrimination, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants and TUPE. She runs and supervises all levels of tribunal claims and particularly enjoys judicial mediation. She advises clients on all day-to-day issues with employees such as grievances, disciplinaries, pay issues and has a broader interest in National Minimum Wage and tax issues.

Siobhan also acts for individuals in high value exits and negotiations, particularly relating to whistleblowing and discrimination.

In her spare time she enjoys singing in choirs and any form of escapism such as a good book, the cinema and the theatre. She enjoys weight training and going for a good dance.
