Simon works with HR Directors and their teams to help them manage the legal risk around their people issues. Much of his work involves providing strategic advice on business change, employee relations issues and senior level (including C-Suite) hires and fires, where he is renowned for his down to earth and pragmatic approach. Alongside his employer practice, Simon also advises senior executives in their personal capacity when they are transitioning from one role to another, ensuring that they receive the best possible terms.
