We’re pleased to introduce HM Sofa Sessions: Get Comfortable With… a new video series from Horsfield Menzies offering relaxed, practical conversations on the HR and employment law issues that matter most. Filmed on the sofa over coffee and cake, the series is designed to make complex developments easier to understand, more relatable, and genuinely useful for HR professionals.

The series will feature three types of sessions. Each month, we’ll break down a recent HM Matters article, exploring the key points and practical takeaways. We’ll also include a regular topic in focus, providing a clear update on a specific HR issue employers are grappling with. And when major employment law news breaks, we’ll release ad-hoc “emergency” sessions, offering timely commentary and guidance when it’s needed most.
